PuraShield Teak 23 x 13.8 cm
Want natural-looking decking that is resistant to weather, dirt, and discolouration? PuraShield decking Teak is made for that. This lightweight composite board has an advanced protective layer and combines ease of use with a stylish appearance.
Purashiled decking Teak is 23 x 138mm and has two different finishes. If you choose the wood grain side, you will create a warm, natural atmosphere. Do you prefer sleek and modern? Then you turn the plank over. This way, you can easily adjust the decking to your taste and environment.
Pura composite with co-extrusion technique
PuraShield Teak 23 x 138mm has a co-extrusion top layer. This protective layer fits seamlessly to the core and offers excellent resistance to stains, mould, wear, and discolouration. The inner structure provides stability with less weight, which makes processing extra easy. Thanks to this technique, the boards remain beautiful and easy to maintain for years.
Installation advice for PuraShield decking
With PuraFix clips, you can mount these Teak decking boards quickly and precisely. Always leave a space of 5mm between the planks so that the movement of the material is absorbed. For a stable construction, it is important that you do not place the joists more than 400 mm apart, measured from centre to centre. Would you like to extend a deck board? Always do this on two separate joists, each with its clip. Never mount two plank ends on one clip. This way, you create a solid foundation for years of terrace pleasure.
Neatly finished with a matching edge board
Matching edge boards are available to finish your PuraShield decking in teak neatly. These ensure a nice transition along the edges or at steps. Thanks to the closed side and the attachment at the bottom, you can neatly finish the decking without visible screws. The edge boards are easy to install with PuraFix starting clips. They are specially designed for use on the outer edge of your terrace and complete the whole.
