PuraTech 30 Ipe 33mm x 170mm Triple Profile.
If you want a warm, luxurious composite cladding finish with minimal effort, PuraTech 30 in Ipé is the right choice. These composite cladding boards combine a rich wood look with the user-friendliness of low-maintenance material. The brushed finish and refined colour gradient give your facade an elegant appearance, without having to sand, stain or paint.
Natural look, modern performance
Ipé is inspired by tropical hardwood and subtly varies between warm reddish brown and dark brown shades. Combined with the sleek triple profile and the matt top layer, the cladding looks stylish and well-groomed. The boards are UV-resistant and resistant to moisture, and remain stable in shape and colour even under extreme weather conditions.
The construction of recycled wood fibres and plastic makes this cladding a sustainable choice. Thanks to the co-extrusion process, the outer layer is protected against discolouration, scratches and mould formation. This keeps your cladding looking neat for years, even without intensive maintenance.
Assembly advice
The baords have a visible size of 33 x 170 mm and are invisibly attached for a neat result without visible screw heads.
Mount the cladding boards on a stable substructure of wooden or aluminium battens, with a centre-to-centre distance of a maximum of 40 cm. Ensure sufficient ventilation behind the facade section (minimum 20mm) and leave the planks a few millimetres apart during processing due to the thermal effect.
Use stainless steel screws for fixing and consider drainage when mounting vertically. Depending on the desired style, the planks can be installed both horizontally and vertically.
Sustainable choice, minimal care
The PuraTech 30 series is made of 95% recycled raw materials, including wood fibres from sustainably managed forests. Because the material hardly absorbs moisture and works, you save on maintenance and significantly extend the lifespan of your facade cladding.
Clean the boards once or twice a year with water and a soft brush to keep the surface clean and cared for. Treatments with oil or varnish are unnecessary, making PuraTech 30 a low-maintenance and environmentally friendly choice.
