PuraTech 30 Teak 33 x 170 mm Triple Profile
Cladding should protect and contribute to your home’s or outdoor project’s appearance. With PuraTech 30 cladding boards in the colour Teak, you opt for a warm, natural wood look without the maintenance of real wood. The subtly brushed structure and the sleek triple profile ensure a stylish finish that fits modern and rural building styles.
Composite with the character of wood
The teak colour gives a warm, woody look that comes into its own with light cladding and dark frames or is used as a contrast to stone or concrete. The boards are provided with a matt, brushed top layer that subtly imitates the grain pattern of real wood. This means that PuraTech 30 offers the best of both worlds: the look of wood, with the convenience of composite.
The PuraTech 30 series is made from recycled wood fibres and high-quality plastic, produced using co-extrusion technology. This technology provides a colourfast outer layer resistant to UV radiation, moisture, mould, and dirt. Rain, sun or frost: these cladding planks are designed to remain beautiful for years without discolouration or weathering.
Assembly advice
The PuraTech 30 cladding is attached with a system that ensures invisible mounting, creating a sleek end result without visible screws. The board’s working width is 140 mm, and the 2.9 and 3.9mm lengths ensure minimal sawing losses and a neat overlap for larger surfaces.
When mounting, always ensure a stable substructure of battens with sufficient space between them (approx. 400mm centre-to-centre) and consider ventilation behind the facade section. Mount the boards horizontally or vertically, depending on the desired appearance.
Use the corresponding mounting material for mounting on a wooden framework. For walls made of stone or concrete, we recommend a slatted construction or sub-frame. To optimise the lifespan, leave at least 2 cm of space around each facade for air circulation.
Sustainable and responsible
PuraTech 30 boards are made from 95% recycled material, including wood fibres from sustainably managed forests. Thanks to their low-maintenance properties, you not only save time and money on painting or staining but also make a conscious choice for the environment.
The cladding boards are finished, so extra treatments are unnecessary. A simple cleaning with water and a soft brush keeps them beautiful for years.
Warranty and quality
You can count on a long lifespan and consistent quality. Thanks to the co-extrusion finish, we give the PuraTech 30 series a 20-year warranty against discolouration, cracking, and deformation under normal conditions. The planks are CE-certified and tested for stain resistance, mechanical strength, and weather resistance.
